LITTLE NINJAS

Our little ninjas is for those between the ages of 4 to 6 years old. our syllabus has been structured to help with developing key areas of a child's core skills such as coordination, fitness and discipline whilst learning Taekwondo.

SPORTS TAEKWONDO

AD TAEKWONDO sport sessions across multiple locations. Our sessions focus on fitness and Olympic style Taekwondo with our athletes.

We aim to bring holistic approach to our coaching. We take our athletes goals into consideration every training session, whether they are doing it for fun, fitness, or they want to be the next Paralympic or Olympic champion.

TRADITIONAL TAEKWONDO

Our Traditional Taekwondo sessions are designed for all to take part in whether you are 7 or 70. Every student that is a member must take part in these sessions on their chosen days. with the option to specialise in sport, poomsae or both.  

These sessions focus on self defense, flexibility, poomsae (patterns), kicks, and a little bit of fitness.

ADULT ONLY SESSIONS

Our adult only sessions are designed for those that are 25 years old and over. we understand that for a lot of individuals the idea of starting something new might be daunting, especially if you have to be around younger people with bags of energy and endless flexibility.


So our adult class are for anyone who would prefer to train amongst a more mature group.

POOMSAE (PATTERNS)

Our Poomsae sessions focus on the development of improving poomsae forms. these sessions have a strong emphasis on drilling the moves within patterns and working on flexibility.
